Suzanne Spooner’s QHHT Session with Profound Genetic Healing.

April 16, 2015

The following is a blog post and QHHT session story posted by my good friend and colleague Suzanne Spooner. It is a great story. There are a few things that make it so wonderful. Firstly, the healing and improvement that Reese is experiencing while not uncommon and not unusual is still such a blessing to celebrate! Every healing blesses us all! What is unusual is that Reese is so open and willing to share details about her experience.

I think my favorite things to read in Reese’s testimonial below are these sentences, “I was well-educated, rational, analytical to a fault, and certainly not one prone to think much about metaphysics, spiritualism, past lives, and the like. If and when I did, it usually involved eye-rolling and derision. Was I really going to sign up for something called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with a woman I found through the Internet?”

Suzanne and I will be talking to Reese  LIVE on Julia Cannon’s The Metaphysical Hour tomorrow evening at 5pm Pacific, 7pm Central time.

I am really looking forward to talking with them both. It should be a great show.

PROFOUND HEALING OF SYMPTOMS RELATED TO A GENETIC CONDITION ~ A QHHT SESSION STORY BY SUZANNE SPOONER

April 16, 2015

Hi Everyone,

I want to share with you an amazing story from my client, Reese Gaertner. (A big thank you for her giving her blessing to use her name.) She came to me last November with a laundry list of physical discomforts, over 40 surgeries including basal cell skin cancer, and the understandable depression that accompanies long-time illness. Combined with hopelessness when the condition is understood as genetic with little possibility for improvement, she was seeking answers. She and I have stayed in touch and have enjoyed how her quality of life has changed without the physical discomfort and how her level of happiness has risen. She says, “Since the QHHT session, the changes in my life and health have been amazing, miraculous, and profound. Some things have shifted gradually, some things improved within a matter of days.

Almost immediately following the session, the lower abdominal pain went away, and it has stayed away. No more chronic pain in that area. Period.”

Her story gives hope to others in situations that seem hopeless. For those of us QHHT practitioners though it is only another confirmation of how much power we all have within us to heal, understand and move forward in our best way possible.

Reese will be our guest on The Metaphysical Hour radio show this Friday, April 17 at 5pm PT. Call in to ask her questions at 888-627-6008 toll free.

Here is her story:

On September 13, 2014, I sent an email to a woman named Suzanne in Des Moines, Iowa, and the transformation of my life began.

I was sick in bed that day, hampered by abdominal pain, nausea, and fatigue. These were nothing new for me, nor anything worrisome. The pain was caused by scarring and adhesions on my lower right side, the result of three different surgeries in that area. Doctors had repeatedly told me that there was nothing, beyond analgesics, that they could do about the pain. Any more surgery would just mean more scarring, which would probably make things worse, not better. And so chronic pain, and routine pain management, were just things with which I’d have to live with.

So it wasn’t unusual – in fact, it had become actually quite usual – for me to be down and out, and spending most of the day in bed, propped up by foam wedges and filling the time with napping, surfing the Internet, and streaming videos. I would also read, but that took more energy and concentration, two things that were often in very short supply.

I was doing a number of things to help deal with my situation, and yet I was more often seriously hampered rather than significantly improved. I had a team of professionals who helped me cope – a great family practitioner, several specialists, a psychotherapist, a chiropractor, and an acupuncturist. I liked and trusted all of them, and had commented to friends and family that I felt like I had the best group of folks helping me than I ever had. Everyone was really doing everything they could to help. And yet, I still felt crappy more often than not.

That Saturday, I was especially frustrated by my situation. I had been reading Brian Weiss’s books, and had done a bit of past life regression work, which I found helpful. So while surfing the Internet about past life work, I came upon Dolores Cannon and QHHT. Something about it resonated with me. It made sense to me, and appeared to address the whole range of issues with which I struggled — medical, psychological, and spiritual.

I checked out the listings of folks who were trained in QHHT, and while there were a few closer to me, I found that one of the recommended practitioners was in Des Moines, a three-hour drive from my home. After a brief exchange of e-mails, I had an appointment for November 12. Given my situation, I was ambivalent about the delay. Part of me was disappointed, and wanted to go next week, or next month, but not six weeks out. A bigger part was somewhat relieved that I would have plenty of time to think it over.

It was all very weird to me, and I wasn’t sure what to think. I was well-educated, rational, analytical to a fault, and certainly not one prone to think much about metaphysics, spiritualism, past lives, and the like. If and when I did, it usually involved eye-rolling and derision. Was I really going to sign up for something called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with a woman I found through the Internet?
Weeks passed, my life went along pretty much as usual, and as November neared, things started falling into place in a remarkable way. I sold some things, easily and quickly, and soon had more than enough money for the trip and the session. I found a motel with a kitchenette where I could keep and make my own food, that was just a couple of miles from Suzanne’s office, and where I could stay two nights for under $100.

When I left for Des Moines, I had a list of problems and concerns:
Most of my physical complaints were related to a rare genetic syndrome I have called Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome. The syndrome is caused by mutations in the PTCH (Patched) gene found on chromosome arm 9q. Essentially, it means that the usual systems that control cell growth do not work quite the way they should. The name of the syndrome comes from its most common and recognizable feature – a tendency to develop multiple basal cell skin cancers that are unrelated to sun exposure and look more like moles than typical basal cell carcinomas. More generally, it means that I have a variety of abnormal growths that a body would normally suppress.

I had a small mole removed from my right cheek when I was 19. When the routine biopsy on the mole came back as cancerous, I was diagnosed with the syndrome. Since then I have had over 40 skin cancers removed from the top of my head to my shins. I have averaged a major, invasive procedure every two years or so to deal with cysts and benign tumors affecting my jaw, ovaries, kidneys, uterus, and parathyroid glands. It also contributes to my large build, pronounced brow, and flat nose.

While the syndrome has an even longer list of potential issues, when I arrived for my QHHT session I was most concerned with those problems that affected my every day life.

There was the abdominal pain, which was the result of multiple surgeries, all related to the syndrome.

There were the eight chelazions in my eyelids – small, stye-like areas on the undersides of the lids – two in my left upper lid, one in the lower left, one in the lower right, and four in the upper right lid. They felt like small peppercorns most days, and from time to time would get inflamed — swelling the eyelid almost shut and burning with pain.

There were palmar pits on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. These are small holes in the skin, tears where there is a keratin deficiency and the thicker palmar skin is fissured. Think of having a dozen or more small wounds on your hands and feet, and how they might feel if you sweated too much, or washed dishes for a while. I got accustomed to taking very efficient lukewarm showers that lasted no more than five minutes, or else the pits would form small craters and itch and burn. Water parks and hot tubs were not fun for me, but potential torture chambers.

I had impaired kidney function, and a history of recurrent kidney stones, that were also related to the syndrome.

Beyond the medical problems related to the syndrome, I also have a long history of mental health issues. I suffer from Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of childhood trauma, and in my daily life struggle with major depression. I frequently awake trembling in the middle of the night or as a wake in the morning. I also have days where, because of nightmares, or some other trigger, I get in that foggy yet agitated state that often characterizes post-traumatic stress.

The combination of physical and mental health issues was difficult. Some days I would feel quite well physically, but be troubled by trauma symptoms. Other days I would be clear headed but have crippling abdominal pain. I felt as though each day started with two coins being flipped, one for a good or bad day physically, one for a good or bad day mentally. Which meant the chance of a really good day was about one in four.

This has, understandably, been a huge disruption to my professional and family life. And since all of my issues were considered chronic, I was told that my situation would pretty much continue as it was for the rest of my life, if not get worse, aging being what it is. So despite a variety of talents, a great education, and several successful enterprises, I still found myself underemployed and applying for disability.

So when I got to Suzanne’s office, I had my list, and I had some hope, and while I didn’t really know what to expect, I at least trusted I would learn some things that would help me better manage my situation.

I spent a little over six hours with Suzanne. I remember our long, initial conversation, and some bits and pieces from the time under hypnosis. Immediately after the session, I was exhausted, somewhat foggy, and slightly euphoric. Mostly I just wanted to eat something and then go to bed. I was back at the hotel and sleeping by 10 p.m.

Suzanne had given me a recording of the hypnosis session, and I listened to it the next day. According to my high self, and to those in the QHHT community, my ailments were all a part of my learning process within this lifetime. The genetic syndrome was, in general, about lessons of control and lack of control, or what is fixed and what is malleable. It is certainly true that having a genetic – in other words, incurable – condition that routinely affected and limited my life did frequently give me a sense of being out of control.

Other issues were related, but also had a specific purpose all their own. The chelazions were to teach about how every coin has two sides, and to embrace the both/and rather than either/or perspective. The palmar pits were a reminder about emptiness and how what seems fixed can be changed. In general, there was a lot of instruction about loving the self, seeking out joy instead of safety, and fostering an awareness and appreciation of everything. As the high self said, “She must learn to love it ALL.

Since the QHHT session, the changes in my life and health have been amazing, miraculous, and profound. Some things have shifted gradually, some things improved within a matter of days.

Almost immediately following the session, the lower abdominal pain went away, and it has stayed away. No more chronic pain in that area. Period.

When I awoke on Saturday, three days after the session, I reflexively rubbed my eyes, and found that the usual sensation of having several peppercorns under my upper eyelids was gone. I had forgotten what it is like to not have them there. One chelazion on my upper right eyelid remained, but it was about half the size it had been earlier in the week. About a month later, right before Christmas, it became inflamed and required a trip to my ophthalmologist, whom I have seen regularly for several years. While she was examining my eyes, she said, “Well, apart from the inflamed one, your lids look really good. Better than I can ever remember.” She removed the inflamed lesion, and I am now without chelazions on any eyelid. I still get startled some mornings, when I rub my eyes and the lids aren’t lumpy.

Over the last few months, my skin and palms have changed significantly. Within a week or two following the session, the palmar pits changed — the small ones shrunk and almost disappeared and the larger ones filled in somewhat. My skin feels different, and it beads and repels water much differently than before. I have actually been able to take long, hot baths without feeling any sort of discomfort during or afterward. Some of the pits still swell up a bit (with water getting under the skin), but it isn’t uncomfortable and goes away quickly.

The skin issues were caused by a keratin deficiency, and it’s become clear in a variety of ways that my body’s whole process of keratinization seems to have shifted. My finger nails are about twice as thick as they used to be, and much smoother and shinier. Also my hair, which always was very fine, is also thicker, shinier, and curlier. Sometimes when I run my hand through my hair it’s like rubbing my eyes in the morning. I’m a bit surprised because it feels so different than what it has been all these years.

In mid-December, I also had occasion to see both my family practitioner and my psychiatrist, which was really interesting. During those visits I took the PHQ-9, a standard inventory / questionnaire for depression symptoms twice in three days. If you’re not familiar with it, a score of 7 is the threshold for mild depression, and anything above 15 gets a lot of attention.

In the past, I’ve scored 8 or 9 on a good day, and 20 or so on a bad one. That week, I scored a 3 both times.

My family practitioner, who I’ve known for a while and love, sat down and said, “So tell me what’s happening so that you got a 3. That’s great, just not the norm for you, so what’s going on?” She is, fortunately, fairly non-traditional, and uses Reiki and acupuncture herself. So she was fascinated by my story, and both really taken aback and happy to see all the healing. She ran some routine blood work, and later reported that my liver and kidney function were the best she has seen.
My more traditional psychiatrist was a bit more skeptical, but even she couldn’t argue with the results. She hypothesized that some shift had taken place that either greatly reduced the level of inflammation in my body and / or my immuno-response had improved, as those things would explain at least some of the changes. When I saw her again in late January, I scored another three, and we began talking about reducing my medications once spring arrives.

One other note – at the end of the QHHT session, Suzanne asked how the bodily healing was progressing and the High Self reported that I had forgotten to mention the chronic pain I had in my lower back, and that needed some attention. I had a serious rock climbing accident in my early 20s, and have had problems ever since. But it is such a long- standing issue, and is annoying but not disabling, so it wasn’t on my list of questions about physical issues. I didn’t really remember that part of the session, and was more concerned with other sections of the recording, that I didn’t think much about it.

In early January, I injured my left shoulder while working, and went to my chiropractor to have him look at it. After working with the shoulder, he said, “while you’re here, we might as well adjust that lower back.” I lay on the table and he looked at my back and said, “Hmmm. That actually looks really good for you. It needs a little tweak, but nothing like what I was expecting.”

So, really, the bottom line is that I probably haven’t had this level of energy and sense of well-being for at least 20 years. And while it is taking some time to adjust to this new and improved body / mind, I am grateful everyday for the transformation. I wake up with good energy, don’t have to worry about itchy palms or burning eyes, don’t have any abdominal pain, and can pretty much count on having a good day most days. I would have been happy with just one or two of those improvements. But I am very grateful for the wholesale transformation, which, as family and friends keep reminding me, is really nothing short of a miracle.

Reese is open to emailing anyone with questions about her condition and story. Please email me at Hello@SuzanneSpooner.com and I will forward on to her.

Questions from a Reader regarding QHHT Training

April 16, 2015

Hello Candace

I am joyfully considering taking the QHHT courses and I wondered if I might ask you a few questions.

Old Style Question and Answer

Have you had sessions yourself and how did you feel about them?

When doing your Level 1 did you find it comfortable to actually do sessions?

How long are your sessions usually?

How do your clients find you?

What ways do you advertise?

Are you busy working with QHHT?

I find I’m a bit apprehensive to take this training as I don’t know very many people and even fewer that are willing to explore the inner worlds of knowledge as such.

Have you any advice for a beginner?

I have delved into my psyche / inner healing since early ’80s and had many spontaneous lifetime memories and experiences with Spirit. This area of wisdom and technique has been a long time fascination and precious part of my life while I’m here.

Thank you so very much ( in advance if you didn’t mind my asking) for your time and patience with my queries.

Many Blessings,
Noelle

Hello Noelle!

I’d be happy to answer your questions. I do get asked these a lot so thank you for allowing me to answer them publicly on my blog.

I will answer them in the order you asked them.

I have indeed had sessions myself. Since 2008 I have had about a dozen. Most of them have been profound and very enlightening. I have definitely experienced physical healing. Some have been fun and amusing. A couple of them were very surprising for various reasons.

I had my first session with Dolores Cannon herself in 2008 as the demonstration student in her live class in Arkansas that summer. It was of course, amazing and life changing! I was so blessed to be regressed by her.  Each session since then has brought forth valuable information about my life, the life of family members and sometimes even more profound “cosmic” information. Each session I have had also (I believe) makes me a better practitioner for others.

When I took my level one class in July 2008 it was at the time a 3 day class and no “practice” days or times were built in the curriculum. That did not stop us students however, and we practiced after class as we could manage. I remember being a bit nervous, but yes, I found I had all the tools and information necessary to start! Absolutely!

Sessions can be quite lengthy. Remember this technique was created as one where your client need NOT return over and over again for additional sessions. Sometimes of course there are those who simply enjoy this type of exploration and want to come back for more. I will book only one session per day. Most practitioners practicing the way Dolores trained them also only book one session per day. In total, they can last as little as about 4 hours or up to about 8 hours. Yes it is a very full day, no question about it.

My clients find me primarily through Dolores’ website and our premium listings for Dedicated Practitioners where practitioners have their photos and websites presented in a business card style fashion.

They also find me through my website, this blog, social media and of course, by word of mouth. I have a local meetup.com group. I also am now co-host of The Metaphysical Hour with Julia Cannon and I have a youtube channel called the Quantum Healing Information Network.

I am very busy with my work as not only a practitioner but as the Managing Director of Dolores’ Professional Support Forum for QHHT Practitioners where I help Julia Cannon and promote continuing education for the method.

I’m also busy with a fun new video project that features re-enactments of actual QHHT sessions! I call that project “See a Red Bird.”

When I first started this work 7 years ago, I too did not know very many people (except maybe online) who were interested in spirituality or metaphysics. That is no longer the case. I would have to say most everyone I know and associate with now, absolutely are! My reality shifted and I find that those who pursue QHHT with focus and intention find the same thing happens to them and their lives.

My advice for a beginner is twofold: Read Dolores’ books! They can help prepare you for your own practice. She wrote 17 of them and each one is fascinating and can truly be read over and over again. Also, if possible, have your own QHHT session and experience the method firsthand.

Classes are available live and online and after you finish with your studies you’ll be sent an invitation to join our QHHT Support Forum Family.

I hope to see you there soon Noelle!

Love,

Candace

Dolores Cannon: Communicating from Beyond the Veil.

April 10, 2015

Dolores Cannon passed away just about six months ago, on October 18, 2014.

Since that time those that knew and loved her, those who practice her method of consciousness exploration and healing and even some people who never even heard of Dolores Cannon at all have been receiving messages and communication from her via intuition, dreams, regression sessions and visions.

Tonight on Julia Cannon’s The Metaphysical Hour Radio Show, we will be telling some of these stories and inviting those that knew her, her practitioners and the public to call in and tell their own stories!

I have been blessed to receive extraordinary information from Dolores myself and have had clients who have been the messenger or voice for her. I have also had dozens of very vivid dream communications and intuition hits.

None of this surprises me nor those who knew her. Dolores perfected the whole idea of communicating across time and space!

Please consider joining us on the Metaphysical Hour internet radio show this evening, April 10, 2015 at 5pm Pacific Time. If you are reading this article in the future, you can access the show archives HERE.

Here is one of the stories I might be telling this evening. It is one of my own personal dreams. Enjoy!

Dolores was in the lecture hall with more information about healing and health.

She was showing us that the brain acts as a receiver for the mind/consciousness of the person much like a tv set or a radio. We have all heard that before but she was making a point to separate the brain from the body for this particular teaching.

“Today I just want you to focus on your body. Yes, your thoughts do affect your body but many choices you make OTHER than your thoughts affect your body as well.”

She was saying, “Now its a bit more complicated than what I am about to show you but you can think about your body in this simplified way.” She was using 3D holographic imagery on the stage to demonstrate.

I looked around and saw more people entering the lecture hall. (Practitioners and clients and friends.)

Dolores pulled “a body” from the air in front of her to explain. This body, for the demonstration was something like a mannequin, it was see-through, like a bubble or plastic, but it moved much like a real body. It floated in front of her as she talked.

X-ray with brain and spinal cord concept

“This body of yours is a remarkable thing. It is designed so beautifully. It is capable of so much more than what you might realize. It is also very much affected by its environment and other factors.”

Dolores then looked up to the body and began explaining what we were seeing. The body, just as if it were alive began eating!

Dolores said, “Here is what the body looks like when it is eating junk food. Things loaded with chemicals and not very nutritious.”

The body began to consume what looked like chips and cookies and donuts and fast food items. You could see the colors of the junk food. Mostly gray. The junk food was also lumpy and gooey and you could see the food enter the body and start to spread out and fill up the whole body. The body looked visibly tired and weighed down and there was little to no movement of energy with in it.

Dolores said, “Okay, got that? Let’s move on.”

The body cleared back up to empty/neutral and floated in front of Dolores waited.

Dolores said “Here is what the body looks like when it is eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. I want you to pay attention to the different groups of fruits and vegetables…there are four groups.”

“One group is freshly picked and organic. The second group is also organic, but not freshly picked, perhaps many days after being picked. The third group is non-organic or GMO fruits and vegetables freshly picked and the fourth group is non-organic or GMO fruits and vegetables many days old.”

When eating from the first group, the colors, energies and geometries that entered into and enlivened the body was beautiful to behold. I was reminded of Emoto’s water crystals, but these were 3D and all the colors of the rainbow. The energy pulsed and glowed.

Then the body went back to neutral/clear and then ate from the second group. The colors and geometries were similar to the first group but they were subdued, not as bright or big or as colorful, they were not as “alive.”

The third group was pretty interesting to view. The colors were bright but not clear or pure. There were dark patches, grey patches, and heaviness moving throughout the colors that were there. The geometries were not symmetrical. There were broken parts and pieces. The energies moved, but were erratic. Something like watching a car drive on a flat tire.

The fourth group had faded drastically in color and the movements were slowed way down. There was much gray color and black splotches and heaviness, but there was still more color visible here than in the “junk food” demonstration.

Dolores looked out to us and said, “If you could see the energy of the thing that you are putting into your body, you might start to eat differently.”

“Now lets look at what eating meat looks like!”

Two cows, two pigs, two chickens and two fish floated near the body.

Of the animal pairs, one of each looked lively and normal. The other looked miserable and somewhat ill/deformed/injured.

Dolores said, the first of the animals is an animal that actually lives like the animal intended. On grass or land or in the water. The second animal is factory raised or farmed.

The animals floated one by one towards the body and gave a piece of themselves for it to consume.

The dream vision gets very complex here and a swirling motion shows all possible stories about the animals and the body’s choices. Some of it was quite disturbing– as some of the animal’s “story” and energy was consumed along with the meat.

In one view, the body faces and directly thanks the cow that gives a piece of itself to consume. The energy and geometries from that meat was far different than the energy and geometries from the factory farmed animal that was cared for and not thanked.

But even in the very best case, the meat energy was not as pure or bright or beneficial to the body as ANY of the organic fruits and vegetables.

The wild fish that was blessed and thanked had the purest of the meat energy/geometries to offer the body. It was interesting how blue and green the fish energy was. It was higher and lighter. The chicken energy wasn’t awful when it was “free range” and thanked, but it was about as dense and ugly and lumpy/dark as the mammal meat when it was factory farmed.

Dolores reminded us how important it was to BLESS our food, as it increased the energetic potential of every type.

At this point I wondered about eggs and milk and cheese but Dolores did not go there! Ha. (Maybe I can find out later!)

Dolores then waved her arms and all the animals left and the body returned to neutral.

Then she showed other scenarios about life like exercise vs sedentary, city verses country life, home life with a loving family, supportive relationships verses antagonistic ones, abusive relationships, all kinds of work and school and military and political and play environments, hospital environments and more.

Then it was like a symphony and dance started and many 3D bodies showed up and you could watch the bodies as all the combinations began displaying themselves.

So for example there was a body that ate clean, fresh organic produce, and had a supportive family and went to a harsh work environment…it was able to stay brighter and more alive than another body who ate junk food and was in a troubled relationship.

One could follow any of the combinations possible just by thinking or imagining.

I thought about a person who ate clean fresh produce and fish, exercised and loved their job and lived in the country and got to see exactly that.

After a little bit Dolores waved her hands and all but one 3D body disappeared.

She said. “Now please remember I’m trying to make this as simple as possible. There are many other things can can come into play about health, but I hope that this helps you understand that some of your choices can be very important and make a big difference in how you feel.”

End of Dream.

Dolores is still communicating, still teaching, very much alive in this other place, this other time. She reminds us that ANYONE who wishes to can connect in with her energy and her information with the simple intention to do so.

Readers’ Questions on QHHT. Sadness, Healing and Connection.

April 9, 2015

Dear Candace,

I was wondering something about the healing potential of the SC (The Higher Self.) Is anything possible? For example, I have heard of miraculous healing of someone’s spine, but say someone has a broken tooth, would the SC be able to fix that?

Can healing happen even if we don’t believe that it is possible? For example, when I imagine what is possible, it seems like a great deal would be possible with soft tissue, but I have a hard time imagining that bone would be able to be fixed spontaneously.

Is that just a limitation I am placing upon myself? Or is it more on the order of a collective agreement on what we have decided what the “earth experience” will be? Do you find that you have limits as to what you believe is possible, and do you struggle with that?

Will

Dear Will,

These are really great questions and frequent topics of discussion with so many people, clients and practitioners alike!

I want to start by repeating one very important and basic concept: All healing is self healing. This is true of Western traditional medicine as well as any alternative or energetic modality.

Within the realm of what is possible, it appears that there are collective agreements on what is possible, there are individual experiences within that agreement and sometimes individuals seem to be able to even surpass the agreement about what IS possible. That can be very exciting.

I can tell you what I have seen with my own eyes, in my own practice, and I can tell you what has been reported by Dolores and other practitioners. Some of these “miracles” are backed up by measurable and repeatable medical tests and some are not. Western medical professionals would call many of the miracles seen in QHHT healing, “spontaneous healing or remission.” This is their term for an unexplained healing of something like a cancerous tumor.

I’m not sure what they would term the truly inexplicable events like the regrowth of a gall bladder or uterus, but these things have absolutely been reported by practitioners as well.

Just this year I facilitated a session with a man who had a bone and blood cancer called multiple myeloma. The SC said it would clear his body of the cancer if he started to take care of himself and his health before the others who were draining his strength and reserves for their own needs.  He also had two vertebrae in his back absolutely crushed by a chiropractic adjustment years ago (this is how he discovered the cancer) and it severely affected what he could do with his day. He had a large lump across his back over the vertebrae and could only manage to remain upright for a certain number of hours. I asked if the SC could possibly heal the incredible pain he was experiencing in his back right then, even before he could begin to make the other changes in his life. The SC replied, “We can do that.”

3d render medical illustration of the painful back

Five days later his wife contacted me to tell me her husband’s back pain disappeared immediately after the session and that the very large lump in his back was diminished by half. They were astonished and grateful. Two days after that she contacted me again. The lump had disappeared completely. The SC said they would rebuild the crushed vertebrae. I suspect they did just that.

I hope someday they send me before and after xrays, I really do, I’d love to see them as much as anyone and perhaps more so…but most people just take their miracles and begin their new lives, and that is okay by me. Much of the world isn’t quite ready to believe these sorts of things and their lives could easily take on a circus quality if they shared that “proof.” Just imagine how many people would call them crazy or accuse them (or me?) of false medical claims, hysteria or worse.

So can the SC repair bones and teeth? I would have to say “yes!”

Belief seems to be very important, perhaps even crucial, but sometimes healing happens in spite of disbelief. And conversely, complete belief does not always guarantee healing. This remains a mystery. I simply say, why not give it a try? QHHT is an investment of a few hours. One afternoon. There can be NO guarantees of healing of any kind, but, why not give it a chance?

Hello Candace,

I have read almost all Dolores Cannon`s books (including Julia`s Soul Speak) I have been into metaphysics studies for years with the intention of finding out why I have a feeling of “not fitting in” into this world, I feel a constant sadness and loneliness, I perceive these emotions like a heavy coat that I’m wearing that I’m not able to take off despite all the knowledge that I have accumulated.

I have tried a QHHT session with one of Dolores` practitioners, but I have not been able to fall into the hypnotic state. Probably I was not ready yet or scared to find out something I didn’t want to find out, I’m not really sure. My question is: Is it possible to communicate with the higher selves, with “Them” as Dolores used to call them, without the help of a practitioner? Maybe with meditation? I’m a lonely person, in the sense that I don’t really socialize that much, I have learnt we are never really alone, but I don’t know why I feel alone and I’m not able to perceive neither my spirit guide, guardian angel, higher self/ves not even with meditation? Thank you very much for any suggestions you might have.

Dear Giuseppe,

The first thing I’d like to tell you is that your feelings are quite common. Many people feel this way. In fact, deep down, I would say most people feel this in at least a small way and some feel it more acutely than others.

Perhaps you saw yourself described in Dolores’ book, “The Three Waves of Volunteers?” Many people do and it can explain why they feel so lonely and sad. Human life is not easy! It is especially challenging for the “volunteers,” with little history or human experience from which to draw.

Often, having a QHHT session can explain why the choice was made to experience a human existence, whether it be the first time or the thousandth. Knowing the soul’s plan can be comforting and ease the pain and loneliness.

Fear can stop the relaxation needed to explore your consciousness, yes. All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis and you must truly be open and trusting (of yourself as well as your practitioner) to facilitate this kind of exploration. Did you feel comfortable with your practitioner? Did he/she offer to work with you again? Sometimes the second time is the charm and allows one to relax in a deeper way. Perhaps choosing another facilitator would be key.

Book learning or knowledge from others while interesting, engaging and thought provoking does not always bring peace or grace within our own personal reality. That is why you so often read the phrase, “All answers are within.” Its really so very true!

The answer to your question about doing this just by yourself is a resounding YES. Of course you can talk to your Higher Self! You are a PART of your Higher Self and are in contact at all times whether you are aware of that consciously or not. Your Higher Self communicates with you in many ways to include dreams, daydreams, intuition and inner voice or knowing. If you would like more “direct” conversations with that greater part of you simply begin by intending it to be so. Begin right now. Say out loud, “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.” (Note the use of the word “have” and not “will have”.) Put up sticky notes all over to remind you to repeat this phrase and say it with conviction. Begin to believe that and live as if it were so.  Imagine it often and then you will create exactly that.

Intelligent Thinking

Journal your dreams. If you do not remember them, intend THAT as well. “I easily remember my dreams.” It is the nightly way you and your Higher Self communicate! Daydream and journal these experiences as well. Daydreams can very often lead to past life memories. Meditate, yes. Imagine meeting your Higher Self. That part can look like you or an animal or be symbolic in some way. Just begin to imagine this and it will begin to manifest. TRUST is the key.

You likely have been, as most of us were, cautioned not to believe or trust in your imagination, that it was inconsequential and silly. Well, imagination is not a small thing, it is your greatest POWER, pure and simple. This is also the language of your Higher Self. Make friends with your imagination (again) and become childlike and curious and you will be well on your way to a relationship with your greater YOU.

Thank you both for your questions!
